PARKERSBURG, WV - November 15, 2021 -- JANUARY 14TH was recently awarded Best Dramatic Short for the 2021 Cinematic Arts Redemptive Entertainment (CARE) Awards. Over 20 awards were awarded to several short films in various categories including the Women in Film Award, First Time Director Award, Indigenous Film Award and Best Foreign Language Film, among others.
