LJPR helps career professionals create a vision for their future which leads to better opportunities, better prospects and more recognition from their peers.”

La'Chris Jordan

Brand Strategist & Communications Specialist

When I founded LJPR seven years ago, I had no idea the exciting journey I was about to embark upon. After college, I began work as a freelance journalist and then turned to PR, promotions and event management. My first major job in promotions began when I worked for Mercury Records as a promotions assistant. While there, I had the privilege to promote and work with recording artists such Vanessa Williams, Boyz II Men, Bon Jovi, and the Robert Cray Band, to name a few.

My skills continued to expand as I moved from the music industry to nonprofits to corporate entities. In 2000, I moved to Dubai, United Arab Emirates where I worked as an account manager for FP7 and managed the corporate communications of high-profile companies and organizations such as UPS, Xerox, Gillette, Lucent Technologies and the World Wide Fund for Nature.

Over time, friends and colleagues started to seek out my marketing and business advice and before I knew it, I was an entrepreneur and a certified independent marketing consultant advising clients on what web design, PR, strategic marketing, and social media could do for their personal brands. Today, my client list includes entrepreneurs, award-winning filmmakers, directors, artists and other business professionals.

Dr. Nandi's Diabetic Desserts Cookbook

LJPR had the honor and privilege of working with nationally-known

Dr. Partha Nandi (The Dr. Nandi TV Show) to create a one-minute video of his Diabetic Desserts Cookbook. The video received over 17,000 views and 113 shares on Dr. Nandi's Facebook page within 48 hours! LJPR has made several health-related videos with Dr. Nandi and is excited to make more in the coming months.

Ruby Deubry, International Chef

International chef Ruby Deubry approached LJPR to redesign her existing website and enhance her personal brand. The three-month project was highly collaborative, fun and inspiring. Ruby is very pleased with her site and is telling the world about it. Check out her blog post "Going Forward. Intentionally" on the new site!
